“Recortes” is a bullfighting modality that in recent years has become very traditional. It’s made in a contest format, where the participants face several bulls in turns. They make all kind of “recortes”, is to jump over the bull, in order to trick it at the last moment and to risk the maximum to take the trophy and win the “recortes” contest.
